The Eightfold Path:
When It Appears and Disappears with Don’t Know
Teacher: Tim Colohan JDPSN

Description: In this two-part class we will look at the relationship between our strong "don't know" heart/mind and how it is the foundation for not relying on the Noble Eightfold Path and waking up! We will also look at when our "don't know" heart/mind is not so strong or clear and we find ourselves creating & clinging to our feelings and thoughts. In this case, following the Noble Eightfold Path liberates us and all beings... How?? (Big hint.) By returning our heart/mind to "don't know"!
"Don't know" is fundamental to our waking up and helping this world.
When we can not "put it all down" or "let it all go," the Noble Eightfold Path is one way to discover our "don't know" heart/mind again! ( It takes practice folks, to change our habit energy!)

He led a series of 90-day American Kyol Che retreats annually from 2009 to 2015. He completed his training with the Golden Wind Zen Center in 2015.
